The general terms and conditions apply to all activities of Anima Mundi School. The following definitions apply in these terms and conditions:
Student: the natural person who has registered and is enrolled to follow the training and courses at Anima Mundi School
Anima Mundi School: the legal entity, legally represented by F. Mirjalili.
registration, admission and fees
The minimum age of the student is 18 years.
Registration for the activities of Anima Mundi School takes place after receipt of the fully completed registration form, as can be found on our website www.animamundischool.org.
An admission procedure determined by Anima Mundi School takes place prior to the start of the course and long-term courses. Based on the result of this, the admission committee determines whether the student can be admitted to the program. If the admission committee does not admit the student to the program / course, the student will be informed of the reasoned but irrevocable decision.
Placement and participation are made after payment of the study costs determined by Anima Mundi School. The study costs include registration fees, administration costs, exam costs, costs of course material (i.e. online course material), and possibly VAT. The study costs do not include costs for study material (books, professional literature), extra lectures outside the usual class schedule, learning therapy, intervision and supervision.
By registering, the student indicates to accept the General Terms and Conditions of Anima Mundi School.
Anima Mundi School does not grant a student exemption for a course year based on their diplomas, certificates and / or certificates, neither on the basis of work experience nor on any other basis.
Payment in installments is possible in consultation with Anima Mundi School, namely in four quarterly installments. The student always receives an invoice for this. With the Mythical Feminine course it is possible to pay per month.
When paying in installments, the training costs are increased with administration costs.
Invoices must be paid within 8-14 days after the invoice date.
Anima Mundi School reserves the right to increase the study costs by a maximum of 15% annually if the cost developments so require.
Within the fees and costs of the courses are not included any bank-fees or the costs of the payment transaction. All the extra costs are for the student. Anima Mundi School must receive all fees fully, any and all costs for bank-Paypal or other transactional fees are for the sender of the payment.
confidentiality clause
All student information is confidential and kept in confidence within the institute. Any personal information within the therapy is held confident with the Analyst.
All students must keep their training-clients information confident with persons outside of the institute.
cancellation & changes
For the short-courses, there is a cancellation fee of 25% up to 8 weeks of Course starts. Between 8-4 weeks, there is a 50% fee and if cancelled between 0-4 weeks upon start of the Course, no refunds are given. Any eligible refund will be transferred within 3 weeks.
Registration applies to the duration of the academic year for which the student has registered.
After your application has been accepted there is a cooling-off period of 14 days applies, during which the student can decide to withdraw his registration. In that case, the amount already paid by the student will be refunded by Anima Mundi School to his / her bank account within a period of four weeks.
For the 3 Year training, it is possible to pause or stop earlier. This so-called study delay must be reported to Anima Mundi School. The study costs are reserved for intake at a later time, which, however, can commence no later than 1 year after termination. In the event of absence of lessons other than in the case of postponement of study, no claim can be made for a refund.
Anima Mundi School is never liable for damage and (extra) costs incurred by the student as a result of following the study and / or early termination.
Anima Mundi School reserves the right to change the group composition, class days, starting times and class location if necessary. The student will be informed of this as soon as possible. Anima Mundi School reserves the right to split the activities in terms of size and, consequently, to shift to other volumes, days or parts of the day.
Anima Mundi School is at all times entitled to cancel the courses due to not enough participants and/or illness of the teacher.
Anima Mundi School is at all times entitled to decide on the grounds of undisturbed progress of the course or for the student himself - that the student can no longer follow the course. However, this is only possible after these reasons have been presented and explained to the student in the form of an official warning, so that the student is given the opportunity to follow the advice. In the event of exclusion, settlement takes place based on the number of lessons that have been taken and for which the course material has been received. There is no cancellation period. A balance in favor of the student is reimbursed by Anima Mundi School within a period of four weeks.

The content of the training / course is determined by Anima Mundi School. The study program is announced before the start of the relevant activity and can be found on the website.
Anima Mundi School reserves the right to adjust the curriculum in the interim, if the accredited bodies change their criteria, or if customer satisfaction surveys give cause for this.
Anima Mundi School can use the material produced by the student within the framework of the study program (for example, art objects, theses) for the study program, this only after approval of the student in question.
The teachers at Anima Mundi School promise confidentiality regarding what they have entrusted to them in confidence within and outside the lessons, as well as during the learning therapy.
Quality + complaints
Anima Mundi School makes every effort to ensure a good quality of education. Should the student nevertheless have complaints about the quality of the study program or otherwise, the student can contact Anima Mundi School in writing.
Anima Mundi School has an adequate complaints procedure that provides for at least one possibility of appeal with an independent third party named after.

The possible claim for compensation will never be higher than the course costs.
student analysis
Following learning therapy/Jungian Analysis is inextricably linked to the training. The minimum number of compulsory sessions of learning therapy is announced before the start of the training. The learning therapy is followed by recognized Analytical Therapists established by Anima Mundi School.
The Analyst will agree time and place with the student for the different learning therapy session (s). In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of an agreed session, the student must immediately contact the relevant learning therapist. He is entitled to charge the reserved time, unless the student has canceled at least 24 hours in advance with the learning therapist. This article does not relate to the cancellation or termination or interruption (study delay) of the study or components thereof.
